She was diligent and transparent throughout the buying process and took the time needed to familiarise us with the property (incl. a Sunday morning). Her background as a chartered accountant added to her credibility and competence. Our experience has been very positive throughout the buying process, including the handover to a property manager who found us a tenant within 3 days after settlement.
