She exhibited professionalism and an understanding of the market meanwhile keeping both Executors, the buyers and the beneficiaries all abreast of the situation. She was so understanding of everyone's vested interests. It could have become fraught with difficulties but Alli steered the sale to its settlement date keeping all parties happy. She went over and above her duties as an Agent and overall it was a win/win.
