We were a little bit anxious about selling our property in the shadows of COVID-19, but we had bought elsewhere and it needed to get done. Karen provided us with all the latest reliable info and data to give us confidence heading into the sale as well as some specific guidance to present our home in the best possible light to potential buyers. Communication was fantastic and clear throughout, Karen never missed a beat keeping us informed of next steps throughout the process. There was a fantastic support team as well from LJ Hooker Greystanes, so there was never a moment where we were unsure or waiting on outcomes. Importantly and the ultimate bottom line for us (and most people!) is the sale price. We were very pleased with what was able to be achieved for our home.
