Originally we had picked Sam due to the reccommendation of famiky friends for whom he had handled the auction of their home in our neighbourhood. They had raved about him and now we can see they had goid reason to do so. From the advice on renovations/maintenance issues and styling to the excellent ad campaign, open houses and timely feed back throughout the pricess, the support was lhenomrnal. But the proof of the pudding was in the outcome of the auction: a good number of registered bidders, competition for bidding enhsnced expertly by the auctioneer and our home sold for a price well above what we had expected!
