Lachlan showed us a different house first and within about 4 minutes knew that house wasn’t for us and asked us if we were in town a few more hours to view another house that he knew we would love. We are now moving into the house we do in fact love. We looked at every house on the coast and thought we knew everything available. He was like a buyers and sellers agent all in one and had us locked in within a day. He’s great at reading people and knowing what they need and want and then giving them even more and well within budget. We don’t ever want to sell our property, but if we ever want to purchase any other property for any reason, we will be calling the amazing Lachlan first and only!

Our first impression of Lilian was of a positive and professional agent and our impression was grossly underestimated. On our first meeting Lilian's presentation was detailed and selling price expectation higher than other agents interviewed. The property went on the market before Christmas and although much interest no sale immediately. However meetings with Lilian and Andrew provided us with marketing analysis to assure us that we would sell for the anticipated advice. This gave us peace of mind and we did sell on the next weekend for the price wanted. Throughout our experience communication was exceptional and above all friendly and positive.
