But it was his negotiating skills that were most impressive! Most of these young agents have No Idea how to negotiate. Just get a deal done. And I was a difficult Vendor (sorry Darren). We had numerous offers with various conditions and we had already committed, so it was a very stressful time. Darren handled the situation so professionally, gently guiding me whilst he dealt with the buyers. The negotiating process with the successful buyer went on for a week until we reached an agreement.
