We found Simon to be very professional without being pushy. He has a lot of knowledge of the local area and could point out different pros and cons to us. He was available to answer all our questions and queries via phone or email and always got back to us . We found Simon to be very personable and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend him.

Our buying experience with Simon Robins from Dwyer Properties in Merimbula was nothing but first class. We found Simon to be a very approachable and diligent agent who from our buyer side did everything possible to make the sale a success. Simon was available as any time to open the property for us to inspect which was important as we needed to travel 3 hours from Canberra. We also appreciated never having to wait more than 30 minutes for a call back or email reply to questions or through the final negotiation process. We would absolutely recommend Simon from Dwyer Properties for both selling a property or buying through in the Merimbula region.

From the first morning I entered the Dwyer Properties office and spoke to the office staff, I was impressed, my search for a new property, and my requirements for that property were a priority. I found Hayden to be thorough in any issues I raised and Simon diligent in making sure a smooth transition and stressless transaction ensured. I certainly recommend Simon and indeed the whole team for their integrity, honesty and professionalism.

We would highly recommend Stuart Cook from LJ Hooker Bega to help you sell your property. From the very beginning, Stuart was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Communication was great, and we were kept informed throughout the entire process. He genuinely cared about helping us achieve the best possible outcome. Stuart's knowledge of the local market definitely made the whole experience easier

We highly recommend Stuart at LJHooker Bega if you are looking for a highly skilled agent who can execute a quiet, successful off-market sale.

Great communication throughout the entire process and achieved an outstanding price. I wouldn’t use any other agent to sell my property!
