After speaking with and contacting every agent in the Bega Valley district, we decided upon Grant Holman to find the right house for us. The right house for us was not on the market and Grant set about approaching the owners of the homes we identified as being of potential interest. This is no easy or pleasant task. Luckily, we were able to quickly identify the perfect house and although it was not on the market, Grant set about negotiating the successful purchase for us. Grant is thoroughly reliable, always punctual, did what he said he would do each and every time, returned calls promptly and displayed integrity at all times. We are delighted with the service he provided and I could not recommend him highly enough. He is not only the consummate professional, but also a very nice person.
