After speaking with and contacting every agent in the Bega Valley district, we decided upon Grant Holman to find the right house for us. The right house for us was not on the market and Grant set about approaching the owners of the homes we identified as being of potential interest. This is no easy or pleasant task. Luckily, we were able to quickly identify the perfect house and although it was not on the market, Grant set about negotiating the successful purchase for us.
