Vickie's best feature is that she is very honest from the start. She won't lie to you just to get you to sell your house, she will tell you what it is worth and also tell you if she doesn't think your expectations are realistic. I was renting my property with YPA and was really happy with them since day 1. Not only did we have a quick sale at a price we were happy with but we had some unexpected damage occurring to the property days before settlement. Mark helped us getting all that sorted including liaising with the new owners, getting quotes (when the insurance company refused the claim).
