Brian was great to deal with, we've bought once and sold twice with Brian and each time its a no hassle development. Selling, he listens to what you want as well as returns feed back on what you should and shouldn't do. Buying he doesnt harass you like some other agents, but is there if and when you need to ask questions. There are not enough words of praise for Jackie Taylor-Fox!! We needed to sell our property to be able to purchase an apartment in Victoria Towers, Southport. We decided that it was best to have the same agent to sell and buy as we supposed it would be a better arrangement. As a purchaser, we had a positive experience with Rajesh. He didn't pull any scammy sales tactics on us like telling us there are "supposed" other offers and that we need to up our offer. He straight away told us we needed to be eithin the estimated price range, presented the offer to vendors when we made one in writing and got all of our issues addressed from the building and pest inspection. He was always open and honest in his communication.
