We went with Chris at Raine and Horne as we knew we were dealing with locals who had a good grasp of current values. Our initial discussions with Chris and Margaret confirmed the direction we thought we would take in marketing our property. Chris advised us without any pressure and respected the opinions we expressed. Chris had a couple of inspections through the house before the open Saturday which saw very good interest. Chris gave us very prompt feed back from the prospective buyers. Byron took the open Saturday inspection and had a contract on the house that Saturday evening. We were very happy with the offer, which we accepted. In all, the process with Raine and Horne has been excellent. Chris put us in touch with DBL lawyers on Bay Terrace, where Rosemary has given us very good service. Kate and I would recommend Raine and Horne as we feel they gave us the chance to achieve a very good sale price with minimum fuss.
