The price was clearly explained the entire time, no ambiguous wording which after looking around for several months, seemed to be quite a common tactic with other agencies. Excellent communication throughout the settlement process. As we were interstate buyers, Lizzy helped us with our final inspection, ensured the property was as we first inspected before hand over. She even turned our power off to allow for the power companies to switch over. We were met with a friendly can do attitude with every query and request. It was a 5 star experience. The cute hamper on the kitchen bench as I walked into my new home at handover was the icing on the cake. Thanks very much Lizzy!!
