Tanya was awesome overall, very direct informative and helpful. She was always willing to discuss anything i bought up, and repeatedly went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. I believe you couldn't do Tanya's job any better then she does, she was just wonderful and so across the board with any questions I had. I would most definitely recommend Tanya to any future seller's or buyers, as she knows her stuff and is always available to discuss any questions that I had 🙏🏼

Her market knowledge is extremely good. And she is well aware of how the market work's. Her communication skills are the best.

Tanya Menengetti, made selling my house an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning it was a simple process with Tanya being very informative and professional, with a lovely touch of her unique personality that made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. I would highly recommend Tanya and the team at Roberts Exeter to anyone who wants a tailored package that ticks all the boxes. It was an easy and swift process.

We engaged multiple realtors, but Josh was a standout from our first meeting. He was always available, communication was faultless and the whole process was seamless. He achieved a quick sale at a price above what we expected. Would absolutely use Josh and his team again!

Bailey demonstrated great negotiation skills. His communication style was always to the point and after meeting in person, sent information to me via both email and mobile messages to keep me up to date.

We had a great experience with Michael selling our house. He was professional, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their guidance and support made the sale smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
