Natalie was extremely helpful, friendly and reliable in assisting us to secure a home loan for a first home together. Natalie is professional, and easy going and on top of that, she is a first class agent, on top of her game.

Dealing with Nat and her team for so easy from start to finish! They were so on top of everything, from start to finish! We were kept to date every step of the way! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Natalie was amazing from the very first moment. Helped us to understand everything and make our money work harder for us!!! She and her team were so patient and kind. Communication was top level- keeping us up to date every step of the way. It all happened so quickly and seamlessly. The devil works hard but Natalie and her team work harder. So glad we made this step for our future.

Nathan and his team are fantastic! They made refinancing so easy, explained the options clearly, got us a good rate and did it all in record time! Would always highly recommend Birdie.

Nathan's experience and knowledge of the market was the difference. Because of this, he was able to give us the advice and direction that we needed. His team were unbelievable. They were always available to listen, seek answers and keep us informed.

Jono was recommended to us by our financial advisor and we're glad he was. Jono's team guided us through refinancing, equity release, and changing banks during the process from start to finish, all within a couple of weeks. The ease and speed of communication were the standout parts of the experience. Whether it's good systems they have to keep you updated as things progress or Jono and the team being super responsive on email or text, it was absolutely seamless and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend (and no doubt will) Jono to others in our position. The knowledge combined with communication was second to none.
