Mortgage brokers in Sunshine Coast

I have used Nigel and his team twice now and I have nothing but great experiences with Nigel and his team. I would highly recommend and I will certainly use the team again.

Jodee made the new, and at times overwhelming experience of buying your first home 1000x better!! Jodee’s genuine care for her clients is so evident in how she works alongside you to reach your goals. She was always available for chat whether it was answering questions, alleviating concerns or just sharing in the excitement of being able to purchase our first home. Jodee is incredibly hardworking and I’m so grateful to have been guided by her knowledge throughout this whole process. I recommend Jodee to anyone looking to get into or already in the market!

We used Phil to obtain a home loan for our new property purchase. Our situation was quite complex and Phil searched for the right lender for us and presenting pros and cons of each. He understood our financial position and what we would like to achieve short and long term. We were always kept informed of what we needed to do next and how the application was tracking. This was a stress free and easy process. We would not hesitate to recommend Phils services to anyone.

Paul always makes the process so exceptionally easy! Paul is very knowledgable and is able to speak in plain and simple terms.

Holly and her team once again assisted us with refinancing to allow us to commence an investment opportunity. We are both self employed and other brokers always told us our situations were just too difficult. Holly and her team made the process seamless, stress free and we were approved within weeks. Will always return to Niche Finance for any finance needs in the future. Stuart and Jess
