Neha is very professional - has excellent negotiation skills and and an excellent communicator. She has helped me during this process of purchasing the property since day 1 by making sure that funds are ready, negotiating with the Loan department to make sure that my loan is approved from the Lender. She checked with all relevant departments to make sure that everything is ready and going smoothly towards the settlement of the property. Her knowledge, skills and professionalism is highly valued and recommended.
