Geoff and the team were really amazing when it came to refinancing our primary place of residence- he worked very closely with us on the product and serviceability, and we were able to refinance for our full amount which was important given the high amount of interest rate increases. I don’t think there was a single time when we contacted him and he didn’t reply promptly, and that was really important to us during such a big process
