Easier than Expected

From moment of fist contact to moment of settlement Gillian was only ever a text, email or phone call away. (Often staying on the phone with me while I make sure I printed the right documents.) Gillian broke down figures in an easy to understand way. Compared products and suggested options. The process was less than two months between initial contact and settlement. I ended up lessening my repayments whilst being able to borrow a lump sum for small home improvements. Wish I had done it sooner!!!
