From the get go, Diana was keen to teach us, get the right idea on our expectations and what we wanted, then do her absolute best for us and get us the best offers she could, all the while being completely honest and upfront through the whole journey. We thought we had realistic expectations, however had so much better of an idea of what the possibilities were once she explained how things work and what was attainable, but also realistic and achievable easily for us. When we did find a place we liked, she worked overtime to ensure everything was above the lower end of available so we could stress less that we weren’t stretching ourselves too far. Having someone like Diana with us to simplify the lingo for us was so valuable, especially as it was our first time entertaining the terrifying property market, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
