After consultation with Gail, we chose to submit a second application with another mortgage provider, by this time the application was time sensitive and the margin of error was minimal. But Gail was able to get us approved within a few days with the second provider and they were ready to settle 3 days prior to settlement. I appreciate how Gail was always contactable regardless if it was after hours or on weekends, she went above and beyond to work around my work schedule, Gail works with integrity, honesty and respect. Gail gets results for her clients. I would not hesitate referring to family and friends in the future
