I am a stay at home mother to 2 children, my partner works away (1 income family of 4) somehow Gail managed to change our lives in what was literally months - we are now living our dream. we came to Gail, nervous about being judged for having 1 income and a big dream, but she sat there and listened to us, no judgment, she offered us tips to help us succeed, gave us a timeframe to get back to her with a house we liked in a price range we were comfortable with. we came back to her a little sheepish, thinking that the house we wanted was way our of reach, within a couple of weeks we had the banks approval and were well on our way to the finish line. honestly, we could not have done this without her! this wont be our last purchase, when we are ready to buy again, we WILL be coming back! (so Gail, get ready for us haha) truly though, Gail gave us the confidence we needed to believe in ourselves that we could do this, that we deserved it and that it was a reality if we wanted to go forward - she will forever be the reason we got our foot in the door and for that I can't say thank you enough.

We went into this with no knowledge and no experience - we told Gail our price range, she checked to make sure it was doable and then gave us dates to work with in regards to utilising grants and whatnot. Gail had us 3 days ahead of schedule at every checkpoint, all paperwork was ready for us to sign every time we went in to see her, communication was top tier, every phone call we made was answered or call backs were within the hour and every email was returned. At no point did we ever feel like we asked a "silly" question, we were treated with the upmost respect every step of the way. We will be utilising Gail's services when we are ready to do it all over again, we will be going into it confidently due to Gail's transparency with all of the information. It was such an easy process, it almost doesn't even feel real, it was almost "too easy", such a great experience as first home buyers.
