the experience of buying a house can be very daunting, with organizing of building and pest inspection, the house deposit, engaging solicitors. to being told you need to organize insurance for the term of negotiations. Gail not only organized and submitted our loan application she gave us 3 loan options, all 3 were good. She was there at every stage explaining what was required.
