Kate provided us with very fast and suitable solutions tailored to our personal needs. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. I would certainly recommend Kate to family and friends. Thank you

I have been involved with Kate for sometime now and as usual the service was exceptional. Highly knowledgeable and the turn around was amazing. Will definitely be going back to Kate in the future.

Kate made a stressful situation for me so smooth and went above and beyond in finding me the best finance for me to take over my mortgage on my own. Her attention to detail and communication through the process was amazing and she always made me feel at ease. Thanks so much Kate I really appreciate you

Kate was very helpful in the process of purchasing our first home. She was very engaged and available at all times for any questions we had and alleviating any stress we had. I would highly recommend Kate.

I went to Kate first a few years ago, because I had tried other brokers and they had been unable to assist. She is tenacious and indefatigable in working to get not only a feasible outcome, but a range of options, in instances where others could not even get me one. She's the best I've seen at what she does.

Been working with Kate for years, she has assisted with our last property and this one. Very prompt and professional, highly recommend.

Once again we have had an exceptional experience with Kate as our Broker. We have used Kate several times and have always had great outcomes. Kate and Tifany offered a simplified and efficient service to us through our refinancing process. We will continue to recommend Kate and the now littlespring team to family and friends. Great work and thank you.

I’ve had the privilege of working indirectly with Kate previously, so I knew this time working with her directly would be a breeze. Her level of professionalism, customer service and satisfaction coupled with her personalism makes every communication pleasurable. Our process was seamless and stressless from start to finish, which made making such a large investment an enjoyable experience. I couldn't personally recommend anyone more highly. Thanks Kate, you’re simply amazing!

Kate is excellent at finding the right fit for us in financing investment property purchases. Even when we think we may not get finance, Kate finds a way and has helped us achieve financial freedom.

Always such a pleasure working with Kate & Sonu. So helpful and makes the process so easy. We be lost without you guys!

Having Kate as our broker was a great experience from the time we walked in until the day we settled. Brilliant advice and an absolute joy to be around. Highly reccomend.

Would definitely recommend Kate (as we have) to anyone needing a broker. She went above and beyond in our complicated situation which took over a year. Kate never complained and was available anytime we needed her. She is very knowledgeable in her field and nothing is ever too hard! The whole experience with Kate was great.
