What can I say about Kate and her team? From start to finish, my wife and I have had extraordinary service. All our questions were answered very quickly and explained very well, and they were never too much for Kate and the team (and we had a lot). They were professional, very knowledgeable and the advise has always been sound. This is the second time we have used Kate and it most likely won’t be the last. 100/10 recommendations. We pass her details on every chance we get knowing fully well that her work is impeccable. She is an absolute delight to deal with and will always give you her professional and honest opinion which is what you want when it comes to all money matters.

Highly recommend Kate Garrett. Always happy and eager to go the extra mile to get what suits your circumstances best.

I recently switched brokers and cannot recommend Kate's energy, approach and wealth of experience, enough. Months before we even began the process, I had engaged Kate to clarify some financial information I had received before having to halt that process to focus on what was a very difficult personal situation. Kate went out of her way to support me through that very difficult time by recommending and referring me to support organisations, as well as checking in on me from time to time. I knew then that not only was she a really wonderful person, but she would always go above and beyond as a professional. When the time came to refinance, there was no doubt in my mind I would switch to Kate who made the entire process simple and seamless. She worked in with my schedule and preferred contact methods, she answered my questions quickly and thoroughly, and she (and her team) kept me up to date every step of the way. It was honestly such a relief and I can't thank her enough for making it so easy. So thank you Kate! I appreciate everything you did for me and will absolutely recommend you to those I know.

Kate was really helpful to us when buying our first investment property. She was informed, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and made everything so seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend her Company, her co-workers were also very helpful and replied to us promptly with any questions we had.

We cannot recommend Kate high enough. We had a complex situation with time constraints and Kate made it happen. She also answered all our questions and was very accommodating.

I cannot recommend Kate highly enough! She recently helped me refinance three existing properties while simultaneously securing a mortgage for a new purchase—and she handled it all with absolute ease and professionalism. Initially, I was nervous about the complexity of managing multiple mortgage applications at the same time, but Kate’s expertise and attention to detail put me at ease from the start. She clearly explained every step, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured everything moved smoothly and efficiently without a single hiccup. Kate’s dedication, knowledge, and ability to simplify what could have been a stressful situation were truly remarkable. If you’re looking for a mortgage broker who can navigate even the most complex situations with confidence and care, Kate is the one to call!

Kate was wonderful every step of the way! She provided all the information and options available to me and explained everything in a way I was able to understand. Kate is very warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable making it very easy to ask questions and discuss finances.

We began working with Kate in 2009 and have continued our partnership ever since. Kate is incredibly professional, highly knowledgeable, and has an outstanding ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Her friendly and bubbly personality immediately put us at ease, and her positive, can-do attitude is truly inspiring. We have complete trust in her ability to offer the best advice, and she has never failed to deliver. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate and have already referred her to many friends and family.”

Kate was amazing from start to finish. She goes above and beyond to get the best product for you. Her communication, professionalism, and knowledge of the markets and products available were also 10/10. Highly recommend!
