Kate reviewed my loans without me even knowing the rates had come down. When we had a chat about them, she was able to look for a better overall loan situation and refinanced all my loans to ensure that I was paying significantly less than I was paying previously.

We had the pleasure of working with both Kate and Tifany. Both were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. Their personal approach, clear communication, and deep understanding of the market truly set them apart. Highly recommended!

Kate made refinancing feel easy. She explained everything clearly, was always available to answer questions, and genuinely had our best interests at heart. So grateful for hers and Tifanys help.

Kate and Sam were so quick to respond to my questions. Really pleased with how easy the sale went for me.

Professional team. Communicated well and very informative.

Being a casual employee, Kate helped me out finding a suitable lender and getting the loan approved which made my life a fair bit easier. The communication was good and any questions I had were answered promptly. Would be happy to use Kate again in the future.

Kate was very knowledgeable and professional, it made this an easy and smooth process. Highly recommend and will use again in the future

Kate was brilliant to deal with. She was very patient and helpful, guiding us through a deceased estate with grace and kindness. Thank you Kate

We have been with Kate since the start of our housing journey over 3 years ago and this refinancing experience has been great if not better than the original experience, that was also great as well. Kate and her team makes it easy to get through each of the barriers and specific requirements of the lenders and the artificial roadblocks the big banks put in place to delay refinancing. Along the way Kate has made it a priority to give the best deal and then make it easy to pursue this deal. 100% recommend Kate for helping anyone with their home loan needs.

I have used Kate quite a few times now when purchasing properties and she's always gone above and beyond to help. She's always been warm, welcoming and professional and clearly knows the industry inside and out. There is no one else I would go to when it comes to purchasing a property, she really is the best!

We had a great experience working with Kate. We had just moved back from the UK and started a new business so don’t have much earnings history over the last 10 years in Australia. Kate was able to find us a lender and get a good rate on the mortgage. Thanks so much! Would highly recommend
