Kerry made it happen! Kerry went above and beyond to help us with all things finance. She ensured we understood absolutely everything and responded to every little query we had. Kerry really looked at our individual situation and was transparent on what we needed to do to achieve this dream and following her advice we are now building our first home! If you’re looking for a broker, you’ve found her! I wouldn’t trust anyone else 🙌🏽

We recently purchased our second home with ease thanks to Kerry. She was recommended to us by friends for the purchase of our first home and she was nothing short of amazing, so it was a no brainer to use her again. Kerry's expertise and customer service is outstanding! She is contactable 24/7 and works excellent under the high pressure timeframes we put her through. We genuinely trust her advice and can relax knowing we are getting the best possible outcome. My husband can be very OCD and Kerry caters to him perfectly with her organisation, efficiency and excellence. Kerry will be our broker for life! Highly recommend!

Being a first home buyer, Kerry took the time to explain everything (sometimes more than once!) and was available over the phone or email with any queries I had. Kerry explained things in a way that were easy to comprehend and was constantly communicating with my bank and me which made my experience less stressful then I imagined it would be. Due to my location we worked through the loan process from different states and this did not effect the service or communication. There are links and templates prepared to streamline the documentation which are very helpful. Kerry is very personable and this flows through in all communications and no question or request, big or small is ever a problem. I absolutely recommend Kerry and KLM Finance if you are looking for a transparent relationship with your broker and comprehensive loan process. Thank you Kerry!

We were looking at refinancing our loan and doing some renos around the house with some of the equity that we had in the property. Kerry was able to guide us through the whole process from start to finish, and even though there where some issues around delays with our bank Kerry made sure we were always kept up to date with the progress of the loan application. Highly recommend Kerry.

Kerry was amazing and very patient during the whole process. I had many questions and she answered them all respectfully and clearly. She advocated for me and always made me feel that I was her top priority. I would recommend her to anyone. What I loved the most was her ability to not only get the job done but also show empathy and kindness along the way.

Kerry McKenzie is without doubt, the single, most greatest broker in Australia. Her patience, knowledge and ability to work through complex issues is amazing. Kerry goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are supported, takes the stress away from her clients and in the process achieves incredible results. I cannot thank Kerry enough- if you require the services of a broker, you absolutely have found the right place. Thank you Kerry!

Kerry gave us first class advice and assistance. Her insight and knowledge of the mortgage application process and banking system helped us wrap up our house purchase and move on time. Thank you!
