Kris and team went above and beyond to help us secure our property in Box Hill, NSW. We secured the (new) land in 2020 and due to COVID delays the property only got settled a year later. Kris was with us the whole time & despite delays kept in touch. Kris certainly understands the lending landscape really well and shares his knowledge which puts you at ease and also helps you make an informed decision. The buying process was close to one year, so when we did get closer to settlement we realized that the offer we had received may not be the best in the current market. He also had great insights into how each of the banks value the property, time frames for processing and other nuances which otherwise one might never know.
