Kris and team went above and beyond to help us secure our property in Box Hill, NSW. We secured the (new) land in 2020 and due to COVID delays the property only got settled a year later. Kris was with us the whole time & despite delays kept in touch. Kris certainly understands the lending landscape really well and shares his knowledge which puts you at ease and also helps you make an informed decision. The buying process was close to one year, so when we did get closer to settlement we realized that the offer we had received may not be the best in the current market. Kris, Vanitha and the rest of his team showed no hesitation in addressing our concern, even though it meant more work for them with little in return. In a matter of a few days Kris was able to get us a great offer and he was also able to rally the lending institution to make sure we settled on the date. This to us showed the reach and respect Kris has from the banks. Kris' knowledge of the loan structure that was best suited for me is excellent. This helped me save $40,000 in LMI costs. He also had great insights into how each of the banks value the property, time frames for processing and other nuances which otherwise one might never know. He also has good relationship with the bank's state managers which helped us to progress the loan quicker on more than one occasion. I had both purchased a new property and refinanced a loan in the last 1 year with Kris.
