Very down to earth, honest and knowledgeable. I got my loan approval for my owner occupied property through Kris and his Team. A few years later he contacted me for a friendly chat. During the course of the conversation we talked about interest rates and property market. He had taken on board what I was saying and quietly went back to work behind the scene. A few days later he called me with a lot of information and numbers showing how I will be benefited from a refinance. I did not expect him to spend his time to find a solution favorable to me. I followed his advice in refinancing and ended up with more money in my pocket. I approached Kris to do my investment loan, this was for a two part contract. Kris's team was very helpful and applied for the loan in a way that would best benefit me. A split loan was suggested and approved. I am very happy with the easy in communication, timely followup and approval. I wanted to borrow a loan of $50k for renovations on investment properties. Most of my loans were through the so called top 3 banks. When I approached the bank, they were not very responsive. I walked into a branch to get this done, but they put me on to a mobile agent. The mobile agent understanding what I wanted, preferred to chase the big fish then an existing client and cancelled the appointment. When raised this with the bank they could not dodge me anymore, so they palmed it to someone interstate and I had to deal with him over the phone. After more than an hour of explaining what I wanted, he said that I was not eligible for it. I simply could not understand that, the same bank was offering a personal loan for higher interest rate. So, I approached Kris and told him my story, even though the loan amount was small, which would relate to his commission (may be roughly around $200 I think, for these kind of loans). Kris and his team took it seriously and spend time looking into my application and applying the loan through the same bank which initially denied my loan. This would have costed more resource hours (may be around $700) to put together the application and following up with the bank, excluding the time for the number of phone call responses they had to provide each time I called. What better example can be demonstrated showing Kris and his team putting forward the client's interest first than their interest in profit. This also shows their experience in getting the approval on loans that were initially rejected by the banks. I really appreciate their efforts. I would highly recommend and trust Kris and his well managed team.
