With a short 40 day settlement turnaround Jason was exceptional in all his communication both by emails and phone calls to ensure i did what was needed and my bank lender was ready to settle and not delay. Exceptionally easy to deal with and explains what needs to happen. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Jason came recommended to me from a few friends that have also used his services and they were raving fans.
