Jason arranged our first mortgage for us approx. 5 years ago when he was at a previous agency. Our dealings with him at that time led me to keep his contact details on hand, and reach out to him again recently when we arranged a second house purchase. In total, Jason has arranged 4 different mortgages for us over that 5 year period. Requirements for each one have been different, one where speed was of the essence, one where we needed to leverage equity in an existing property. Jason was able to calmly guide us through the in's and out's of each situation - answering all our questions without bias and most importantly, being able to provide alternative paths when things didn't go quite as planned. With each transaction he has worked hard behind the scenes to make sure that the banks and conveyancers are kept informed and I often felt it was actually him that was making sure things went smoothly - often more so than the conveyancers. With each transaction he was highly responsive, available, accurate and comprehensive in his dealings. I will continue to trust Jason with our property dealings; which as someone who moves business to those that deserve it, is the best accolade I can provide. I equally will have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
