We went to Jason with the plan on purchasing a long term home, that would require the refinancing of two existing loans. That plan changed when a home/development became available short notice. Jason was able to quickly make all the changes we needed and stretch our budget but keeping the finance flexible enough to release the equity when we need it as we move forward. I didn't have time to discuss the loans with our accountant but Jason has set them up exactly as we need to maximise our negative gearing and simplify our tax calculations. I had approached my bank in the past to try to do what Jason has done, and it was all too complicated without having the exact property in front of them. Jason was able to stay ahead and have the finance ready while we were searching in Perth and was there to help answer any of our purchasing questions along the way. I purchased my first two properties without any assistance, but there's no way I would have been able to achieve this outcome without Jason's services and advice.
