At the end of last year I was given a golden opportunity to buy the apartment I was renting from my landlord. I had to move very quickly and Jess was so helpful! She somehow managed to find time for me on short notice and was so clear about what my position was. She answered all my questions and gave honest answers which managed my expectations very well.
