At the end of last year I was given a golden opportunity to buy the apartment I was renting from my landlord. I had to move very quickly and Jess was so helpful! She somehow managed to find time for me on short notice and was so clear about what my position was. She answered all my questions and gave honest answers which managed my expectations very well. She was really easy to communicate with, and never made me feel like I was dumb or asking too many questions. Her knowledge of different loans and was extensive and she was able to give me very detailed advice and recommendations. In the end I got my dream apartment for a price I was super happy with, and a loan package that met all my expectations. Jess has to be the best broker I've used.
