WOW! Jess made the process of getting a home loan so easy. We had been through two mortgage brokers before reaching out to Jess, and straight away I could tell she provided services at a level way beyond what we’d experienced before. Through fully understanding our situation, Jess was able to get us a loan $200k higher than what we’d been told through other brokers. She provided a full suite of services including property reports which were really helpful when searching the market. Jess and her incredible admin team literally worked around the clock for us, were incredibly responsive, solution focussed and clear for two property buying newbies.
