I have had a dream of purchasing a property since I was 18. I have been working towards it and decided to take a step and go see a mortgage broker to see how much longer a time-frame it would have to be before I purchase. I had gone to Birdie Wealth as my parents bought their first home 3yrs ago from them and they were absolutely amazing. I was looked after by Josh and his team, John and Chloe. We were explained our options and provided amazing clarity and instruction on what our options were. Not only were they fast at responding to any correspondence but the weekend after our first initial meeting I found a place I fell in love with and placed an offer. He was fast to respond and urged me to go for it, gave advice when negotiating with the real estate agent and overall provided support and help to make everything less stressful. The entire process from first meeting to settlement date took 1 month and 1 day, an incredible turn around which only goes to show the commitment and professionalism the team at Birdie have. I will be coming back when I look towards obtaining an investment property and would not recommend any other broker as this is your one stop shop of professionalism, friendship, speed and initiative.
