We had a very good experience with Josh (and the Birdie Team). Josh is knowledgable, diligent, easy to talk to and always responds to emails/texts (some at ridiculous hours). Without his innovative approach we would not have been able to purchase our dream home. We trust his judgement and recommendation 100% because he has our interest as his priority.

Josh is knowledgeable, will take the time to explain things to you in different ways till you understand. He was always outstanding at communication and getting back to you quickly on any enquiries, no matter how big or small. Couldnt recommend Josh enough. Have already recommended him to multiple friends!

As someone who has not been involved in home loans for 25 years I was overwhelmed and unsure. Josh stepped in - talked through the process - sat with me personally, worked through all the paperwork - and often scheduled check ins over the phone or in teams meetings- to see where I was at in the process and what needed doing. His whole team was in contact with me for questions and advice. I felt confident in the decisions I made with their support and the product I went with. My agent ensured I got a better deal than I felt was possible.

Josh made the whole process easy. He guided me every step of the way and answered all my questions clearly. He always made time for my calls and any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend Josh and Birdie to anyone applying for a loan!

Josh helped us have a smooth and easy experience. Thank you to Chole as well for following up on everything

I recently refinanced my investment property with Josh Rees, who (as always) proactively reached out proactively with the opportunity to refinance. He always takes the time to understand my broader strategy, not just the loan itself. Always friendly, approachable and great to deal with but also incredibly knowledgeable and able to explain things in a clear, easy-to-digest way. Highly recommended!

Josh has helped me achieve a better interest rate as well as withdraw equity from home to help with my long term wealth creation goals. Josh and his team were very responsive, thorough and extremely helpful throughout this process.

Working with Josh Rees from Birdie Wealth has been an absolute pleasure. He made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail are second to none. Josh went above and beyond to ensure I got the best outcome possible and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. If you’re looking for a broker who genuinely cares and delivers results, Josh is the one to call

Josh and his team are the best. He's helping me from the start until settlement day. He's very talented at dealing with the bank. He keeps me updated. He's helping me find a good loan. I am so happy to go with him for my first home.

Thanks to Josh and his team, I was able to secure a loan that I never thought was possible. Josh made himself available throughout the whole process, answered my endless questions and was very patient with me.

Josh and the team have been so supportive, proactive and patient during the entire process. I’m very pleased with what we’ve been able to accomplish together. This is my third transaction with Birdie, and I would definitely recommend them. They’re a fantastic bunch of people, and they do care about your success. Thanks again, Josh and the team. I really appreciate how you helped me navigate this journey.

Josh said that a mortgage brokers job is to hold their clients hand through the process and that is exactly what he and team at birdies did.
