Even though we got thousands of questions (because this is our first time dealing with mortgage brokers) for him, he still showed he usual smile and answered and explained to us very patiently. Josh was the only agent, our of around 6 that we approached who gave personal and specific advise that helped us settle on a new home and avoid the 'low deposit' options with worse interest rates.
