Working with Josh for refinancing our existing home loan was a cake walk. I never thought this process would be as stress free as it was and Josh made it so simple for us to work with. Our previous experience dealing with a broker was like sleepless nights, but with Josh, I can assure you, just leave it with him and job done. His calm demeanour, attitude to listen to your requirements and provide the appropriate option is great to deal with. His knowledge of bankers options and the product, allows him to work the solution for his client. He works for you and not for the bankers. One of the best qualities observed is, Josh does not push you to close a deal. Josh, provides the snapshot of the options in a well defined simple format, sits with you and spends time to explain the options, allows you to think about it and works as per your need. Josh and his team are absolutely excellent. We knew next to nothing about home loans or mortgages when we first started looking for a home. Once the interest rates had been increased for a few years, we decided with Josh’s help it would be best for us to refinance. Again this was new to us, but the benefits for and against doing this were explained extremely well. There were multiple options for which bank, and which type of loan provided so we could choose what was best for us. He also went through the options with clear extensive market knowledge, to help us select the best choice. No question was too small or silly to ask, and he was always happy to make time to help us. With his help, the whole process was quick and efficient. We would absolutely recommend Josh if you are looking into buying a new home or looking to refinance. 10/10.
