Josh and his team are absolutely excellent. We knew next to nothing about home loans or mortgages when we first started looking for a home. Once the interest rates had been increased for a few years, we decided with Josh’s help it would be best for us to refinance. Again this was new to us, but the benefits for and against doing this were explained extremely well. There were multiple options for which bank, and which type of loan provided so we could choose what was best for us. He also went through the options with clear extensive market knowledge, to help us select the best choice. No question was too small or silly to ask, and he was always happy to make time to help us.
