Being a novice with finance and having had some disappointing experiences with other mortgage brokers I could not believe my fortune in finding this absolute GEM. A random google search came up with a company I had never heard of (in spite of many previous google searches) -Axton Finance - on which website I found Joyce. From start to finish she guided me expertly through my entire messy process (not the "usual mortgage application due to sudden change in my circumstances and a time pressure involved). She know all the boxes to tick and everything that would be required in advance and would very politely contact me regularly to ensure I was onboard with and understanding all the requirements. I felt totally safe and secure under her watch! In spite of a frustrating situation for me she was always calm and clear without stressing me out whilst still communicating what I needed to do. She went above and beyond to help me (and definitely outside her the scope of her working hours) to help me achieve the desired outcome. I can't thank her enough!!! Even my conveyancer was impressed by her efficiency and attention to detail.
