Lionel is very professional and has managed to get the best home loan rates for me, which I believe other brokers could not offer. He took extra steps and went beyond to explain the process and provide advice whenever I needed him and everything was just done so quickly. I definitely recommend him to anyone and will look for him for re-financing or other loan advice. Thank you, Lionel.

Lionel provide different plans to satisfy customers'need
Lionel is exceptional at what he does and went above and beyond to help me secure the best rates for my home loan. I am often run off my feet being a small business owner and often my mortgage goes unchecked in "set and forget" mode. Little did I know I was losing out on thousands of dollars in interest per year by being complacent and not shopping around. Lionel stepped in and did all the heavy-lifting for me and treated my finances like his own. He secured me the best deal through his extensive network of connections in the mortgage broking business. Lionel communicated with me every step of the way and even worked on Sundays to get my loan over the line. I'm really pleased with the outcome and will again seek out his services for my next property.
We contacted Lionel after an agent gave his details. Lionel came all the way to our house to do the assessment and give us financial advise we much needed. We knew he was committed as he came all the way to meet us and answered each and every one of our million queries. We started our home buying process during COVID-19, was not easy process as we could not walk into banks to check interest rates and so on. Lionel was very patient, and after a few discussions understood exactly what our requirements are, in regards to the loan, interest rates and loan terms. He then tried his best to get the best deal possible with banks. We are very happy how he held our hands through - preapproval, approval, insurance and finalizing everything. What’s commendable is that he responds 24/7, which puts you at ease. Thanks Lionel, we had a pleasent experience working with you. Hopefully we can work with you in future again.
