Paul and his team were very helpful from the beginning. He came and met me and my husband at our home at a time convenient to us and got the ball rolling. He was aware that the banks were busy and slow at getting mortgages approved so he worked very hard for us to meet all the deadlines from the bank to make sure we didn't miss out on the home we wanted to purchase.
