Being a first time home buyer I was understandably nervous about buying my first home. My experience with Paul was faultless and certainly eased any nerves I had. He was very thorough in explanations and attentive in addressing any questions I had. The process overall was seamless, from pre approval through to getting finance approval after putting in an offer for a property, and eventual settlement. Everything went extremely smoothly and quickly and my property was settled 2 and a half weeks after I first put in the offer. When I first decided to sell my home and buy another I had no idea what steps to take or how the process worked , and I was referred to Paul from coastal loans to help me with the process and from the very first phonecall he was a huge help. At times I would receive emails from real estate agents selling my home and the agent I was buying from and some of the emails I was unsure of so at any time I forwarded it to Paul so he could help me understand and explain certain thing for me so I didn't make any mistakes which would have delayed buying and selling my home. Whenever I needed advice allni had to do was give him a call and he was able to advise me on which steps to take and made it very clear how much money I was able to borrow and how much i was able to purchase my home for which gave me a range and idea of what sort of home I could buy subject to the sale of mine.
