Being a first time home buyer I was understandably nervous about buying my first home. My experience with Paul was faultless and certainly eased any nerves I had. He was very thorough in explanations and attentive in addressing any questions I had. The process overall was seamless, from pre approval through to getting finance approval after putting in an offer for a property, and eventual settlement. Everything went extremely smoothly and quickly and my property was settled 2 and a half weeks after I first put in the offer.
