Paul was amazing. He gave us so much information initially when we were deciding between a bank and broker and never tried to sway us either way. Once we'd decided a broker was the better option our loan was processed within two weeks! The communication beyond compare; after hours and weekends not exempt. Talked us through every step in the process down to the intricacies of paperwork. He even spoke about re-structuring the loan when our circumstances change in a few months. We'll never go through a bank again.
We have been using Paul for about 10 years now after initially using the Big 4 banks previously. Some of our deals were getting “ to complex” for the big banks, hence this is where Paul stepped in and the solutions started to happen. Our latest refinance was going smoothly until a small hiccup occurred. Paul was able to get things sorted efficiently and within a couple of weeks the deal was complete.
