Paula and her team help us on our first loan, and 3 years later, on our refinance. They put the customer first and are always available to help navigating through a process which is not straight forward. Even before loan renegotiations, Paula and team were on top of the latest rate changes and proactively arguing on our behalf with our lender to push for better rates.
