Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable

Was referred to Paula and it is easy to see why. She helped me get everything I needed in order and was more than happy to answer the thousand questions I had as a first home buyer. It's a daunting process but she made it a lot less stressful for which I'm very grateful. I felt like Paula gave me all the information I needed to be able to make an informed choice about my budget, home loan options, and so on. I really appreciated how she helped coordinate all the different parties together for me as well - bank, agent, lawyer etc. I'd definitely use Paula again and would recommend her to anyone who's wanting to buy a home or top up their home loan.
