Phil has been an absolute pleasure to work with. It took us a while to finally find a house (due to a rapidly changing housing market), however Phil showed incredible patience and persistence with us through the journey, even after having to re-adjust things for us multiple times because of us missing out on house purchases. The whole experience was extremely professional, but also very personable for us. We could tell from the get go that Phil genuinely cared to get us a good outcome, which left us feeling way less stressed throughout the whole loan process, as he handled all of it on our behalf.
