Couldn't recommend him more for first home buyers

As first home buyers, we had a lot to learn and plenty of questions, and Philip guided us through each step with patience. He took us through two pre-approvals over six months (our first lapsed before we found the right place), and never once made us feel like a hassle. He was diligent, responsive, and always explained things clearly so we understood our options. We genuinely couldn't have asked for better support through what was an otherwise stressful process.
