We entered this process not knowing anybody who had used Infinity before. Toby was able to answer all our questions and put our mind at ease. He made us feel comfortable and confident with the “next steps” and followed up everything we have asked. Toby’s knowledge coupled with his ability to establish rapport with us gives us a peace of mind to trust the process and sleep well at night knowing we are in good hands.

We recently worked with Toby and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he took the time to genuinely understand us and our personal circumstances, which meant he was able to recommend a product that truly suited our needs. It wasn’t a generic solution — it was tailored to give us the best outcome now and into the future. Toby was incredibly efficient, clear, and helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was always timely and easy to understand, and no question ever felt too small. What really stood out was his honesty and transparency — we always felt informed, supported, and confident in the decisions we were making. Toby made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth and straightforward. We’re really grateful for his guidance and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker who is knowledgeable, genuine, and truly has your best interests at heart.

Toby has been great, his communication throughout our process to keep us informed and explain each step has been second to none, along with his willingness to answer any questions we had about a venture that is very new to us. Toby is very knowledgeable in his space, which was evident from the financial proposal he put together, along with the obvious hard work and commitment he had gone to into presenting it to us. Toby is extremely efficient in his correspondence to ensure all the paperwork requirements are actioned in the shortest time possible to complete the process; he or his team are only ever a phone call or email away for a quick response. We can't fault Toby, and we are very grateful he is our Finance Strategist.

Toby’s experience, professionalism, and communication make it a pleasure to work with him and his team. Would definitely recommend.

Toby was a great support. He kept us informed and provided simple detail throughout the purchase process. Thanks Toby.

We were paired with the big fella after seeking Infinity Groups assistance in Real Estate Investing. Toby was extremely helpful during the process & made the whole thing a breeze - everything he could do his end he did. Even over the Christmas period had had things moving in the background to match our busy schedules. Highly recommend both Toby & Infinity Group if you're thinking of going down that path.
