Having sold our business we were looking to retire down the Coast so needed to sell our home of 20 years. I think the first thing that impressed us about Pete was his absolute honesty, we discussed the real worth of our property and listed for what we believed was a fair and achievable price. He then worked on selling our home so professionally and relentlessly. Social media, advertising, open houses he did it all and importantly kept us informed of all developments on a regular basis. As I said the market was tough however within a couple of months he had found the buyer who was so suited to our home and we realised the figure we had hoped for.
